Dr. Maria Ivanov
Dr. Maria Ivanov is a trained ophthalmologist with a specialty in Retina. She graduated from Karolinska Institute in Sweden, where she conducted clinical research with some of the leading global leaders in healthcare. After completing her studies, Dr. Ivanov entered private practice, where she worked for 20 years and was also involved in various nonprofits that took her on global medical missions. After moving to the United States, Dr. Ivanov began consulting for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to help develop innovative therapies.
Keshri Publishing worked with Dr. Ivanov to position her expertise for the pharmaceutical industry. We helped shape a strategy to position her as a global medical consultant in ophthalmology and assisted with the writing, design, and publication of her book, "A Global Eye to Patients and Doctors." We also created a website and consulting proposal materials for Dr. Ivanov. Today, we continue to help her negotiate consulting and advisory board opportunities with large pharmaceutical companies.
In 2014, Giovanni Silva experienced a medical mystery that ultimately led him to discover he had been contaminated with toxic mold. This experience inspired him to create Patient Community Online, a telehealth platform that allows patients to connect with both professionals and fellow patients to learn about their experiences and treatments.
In order to bring his vision to life, Silva turned to Keshri Publishing for help. Keshri helped Silva develop his software and create a website for Patient Community Online. They also assisted with the writing and publication of his book, "The Importance of Community in Patient Outcomes," which tells Silva's own story and provides a platform for other patients to share their experiences.
In addition to these services, Keshri also helped Silva obtain seed funding for his business. With their support, Silva was able to launch Patient Community Online and begin offering a valuable resource for patients seeking support and information about their medical conditions.

Dr. Taveras holds a PhD from the University of Sarasota, MBA from Rutgers, and BSc from Wesleyan University.

Apollo CBCC Cancer Care
Apollo CBCC Cancer Care, a joint venture between Apollo Hospitals International and Amrish Oncology Services, was in need of a new marketing strategy for their new cancer treatment centers in Ahmedabad, India. As a new venture of already renowned brands, they were looking to increase brand awareness and communicate the launch to the community.
To address this challenge, Keshri Publishing partnered with agencies in India to develop a comprehensive campaign called "Life is Beautiful." This campaign included end-to-end market research, strategy creation, content creation, and activation in the community. Keshri also designed the corporate website and increased digital reach through effective social media management.
The "Life is Beautiful" campaign was a success, helping Apollo CBCC Cancer Care establish their brand in the community and drive awareness for their new cancer treatment centers. Keshri's expertise in brand extensions, market research, ad campaigns, and digital marketing played a key role in the success of the campaign.
As part of its efforts to support global public health initiatives, particularly in underserved communities, Johnson & Johnson developed the CaringCrowd® platform. This platform allows people and organizations to financially contribute to healthcare projects and initiatives that aim to improve the lives of people in vulnerable communities. To maximize the impact of the CaringCrowd® platform, Johnson & Johnson partnered with Keshri Publishing to provide a range of services including:
Helping to create new projects on the platform and partnering with new non-profit organizations
Assisting with user experience development, including optimizing the website for conversion for both donors and email subscribers
Creating the first newsletter for CaringCrowd® and a series of emails aimed at driving conversions for donations

Relaunching Xiidra in the United States with a Digital-Only Strategy
After completing the acquisition of Xiidra in 2019, the Novartis team was faced with the challenge of relaunching the pharmaceutical product in the United States amid the COVID-19 pandemic. With their field force staff unable to visit doctors' offices for normal detailing, the team had to pivot to a digital-first launch strategy.
The Keshri team worked with Novartis and other partner agencies to create a series of digital marketing materials, including an animated character and video advertisement for connected TV. They also facilitated a virtual live event that was streamed to over 2,000 doctors.
Thanks to the innovative approach taken by Keshri, Novartis, and partner agencies the relaunch of Xiidra was a success. The product, which is the first and only prescription treatment approved to treat both signs and symptoms of dry eye by inhibiting inflammation caused by the disease, has seen strong sales since its relaunch.
The digital-only strategy employed by Novartis and Keshri serves as a valuable case study for other companies looking to launch a product in a challenging environment. By thinking creatively and leveraging the power of digital marketing, they were able to successfully relaunch Xiidra and drive strong sales.
