The Keshri Method: Strategy

1. Define the company's mission and vision and conduct business planning. The first step in developing a business strategy is to define the company's overall purpose and direction, including its mission (reason for existence) and vision (long-term goals). This is followed by business planning, which involves identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities through market research on market size and growth potential, target customer segments, and the competitive landscape.
2. Conduct a SWOT analysis: A SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis is a tool used to identify the internal and external factors that can impact the company's success. By identifying the company's strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats it faces, the company can better understand its position and determine the best course of action.
3. Develop strategic goals and objectives: Based on the findings of the SWOT analysis, the company can then set strategic goals and objectives that align with its mission and vision and address the key opportunities and challenges it faces.
4. Identify key strategies and tactics: Once the goals and objectives have been established, the company can then identify the key strategies and tactics it will use to achieve them. This might include entering new markets, launching new products or services, or forming partnerships.
5. Implement and monitor the strategy: The final step is to implement the business strategy and establish a system for monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed. This might involve setting up performance metrics, conducting regular reviews, and adapting the strategy as necessary to ensure that the company is on track to achieve its goals.
